Was November 2 Really a Victory for Freedom?

By Rev Ted Pike

Al-Jazeerah, CCUN, November 15, 2010

Following my latest article "What Midterm Victory Means for Freedom," a concerned patriot left this phone message for me:

"This is not a victory for freedom. You have to realize the Tea Party is still under Zionist control. Sarah Palin is a Zionist lapdog, and so is Rand Paul. And every other Tea Party member is a blind supporter of the state of Israel. So how can this be a victory for freedom? The Republican Boehner is a blind supporter of Israel. I even receive spam from him trying to scare people into giving him money, saying Obama is going to be against Israel. Well, Obama is in the pocket of the Jews. Who's the head of the Republicans? Cantor -- another Zionist Jew who only cares about Israel.

So I don't see where this is a Divine mercy that God would bless us by having the Zionist Republicans win. I totally disagree [with your article] although I really give you a lot of points. But this is not a time to rejoice. The Jews are still in control and Republicans are controlled by Jews, just the same as Democrats. It is not a sign from God that Zionist Republicans have won. It is a cycle of foolishness and a mindless accident, being manipulated by lying leaders. Until the real Christian American people see the plight they are in, we will never be free."

I never claimed we had won the war. Yes, Zionist deception of the Tea Party/Republican/religious right remains pervasive. The American people did, however, achieve a momentous victory against Jewish supremacism by disempowering ADL and the Obama Democrats from passing more and yet more anti-Christian, pro-homosexual, freedom-destroying hate crimes legislation. If the Democrats were still in power, they would do their best to further enact and enforce Canadian-style hate laws for the next two years, exalting and protecting sodomy.

There is a huge, demonstrable difference (attested to by at least a 12-year voting record) between most Republicans and virtually all Democrats regarding hate laws, pro-homosexuality, abortion, and many other issues of the left wing agenda. Republican control of the House means our side can now appoint pro-freedom heads of the crucial House committees where ADL and homosexual bills must first get a foothold.

In fact, patriots should do everything possible to encourage the new House Majority Leader, Rep. John Boehner, to make sure that veteran hate bill fighter Rep. Louis Gohmert heads Judiciary, in place of hate bill champion Rep. John Conyers. Call Boehner's office at 1-877-851-6437 and encourage him in this direction. If Gohmert becomes Judiciary head, other veteran hate bill opponents, such as Reps. Steve King, Bob Goodlatte, Randy Forbes, and a dozen others will work together with Gohmert to guard our free speech -- that is, as long as the people loudly warn and encourage Republicans to take action when a threat emerges.

Even in past years when Republicans dominated both Houses of Congress, it was a fulltime job for the National Prayer Network to keep both the religious right and Republican watchdogs on their toes. Sometimes the hate bill got past us and was narrowly defeated.

But even if an ADL bill gets through a Republican-dominated committee, thanks to November 2nd, it now faces a numerical superiority of 52 Republicans in the House (with nine races still undecided). And if a bill were to survive those two gauntlets, the Senate Democrats, at least seven votes shy of the necessary 60 to pass that bill, can do nothing.

Is this not a great victory?

At every level in Congress, Republican leadership is now able to not only temper Democrat socialism, tyranny, and immorality but also an agenda championed by Obama to thrust homosexuality on America's youth, to sodomize the next generation.

Further, the new Republican House means absolutely that ENDA (Employment Non-Discrimination Act) cannot be revived in this Congress. It also bodes poorly for successful repeal of "Don't ask, don't tell." On a state level, with a plethora of Republican legislators and governors, such victory puts a wet blanket on much same-sex legislation and even vigorous enforcement of pro-gay laws already in place. Certainly, Republican control slows enforcement of the federal hate crimes law. Liberals (including Attorney General Holder) fear that, if they move America toward aggressive hate law prosecutions too quickly, it might precipitate an organized attempt to repeal not only healthcare reform but the federal hate law itself.

Time to Educate Tea Party

Yes, the Tea Party needs a lot of education concerning the threat of Zionism and Jewish supremacism. I'm counting on the hundreds of thousands of Americans familiar with the whole truth on this subject to help me wake up Tea Party members.

I will not wait until the Tea Partiers do everything right before I encourage them for the things they are doing right today. Instead, as I believe God sets the example, we should encourage even the baby steps of leaders and movements which go in the right direction. This is how God responded to the wicked Israelite king Ahab who "sold himself to do evil" yet repented after being rebuked for murdering a righteous man. God said, "Do you see how Ahab has humbled himself before me? Because he has humbled himself before Me, I will not bring the evil in his days…" (I Kings 21.29). (Listen to Pike's recent Bibe Study on this subject, "Midterm Election – Stay of Execution for America" 11/5/10)

I have been criticized for making use of attacks on ADL by Rabbis Daniel Lapin and Nachum Shifren who, out of the darkness of Orthodox Judaism, have issued powerful warnings against the "relentless attack" of ADL on Christian civilization. (See, The ADL vs. Faith and Freedom and Rabbi Lapin: Christians Under 'Relentless Attack' by 'Secular Judaism') I have also been criticized for my article "Bravo, Rand Paul!" after Paul suggested this spring that aspects of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, giving special privileges to blacks over others, be dismantled. My article was not an endorsement of Paul's pro-Zionism but encouragement of him to begin active, public questioning of the constitutionality of this excessive legislation which provides the foundation for ever-proliferating varieties of ADL hate crimes laws.

Finally, even though the position of advantage we now possess may have been made possible by pro-Zionists, they are powerfully helping preserve the free speech of critics of Zionism!

Frankly, I'm not picky about who preserves free speech for us. Whoever made possible this infusion of new hope, whether disillusioned Democrats, angry unemployed Americans, or Israel-first conservatives, it does not change the fact that it was a great victory for freedom. I praise the Lord and thank them all.
