If Israel Stalemates Proximity Talks, Will the US Liberate East Jerusalem and the west Bank from the Israeli Occupation?

What kind of guarantees, has the Obama's administration, apparently, "verbally" given to both, the Palestinians, and the Arab Ministerial Committee, of the 'Arab League', for the four (4) month 'proximity talks', between the 'Palestinian Authority' (The Zionist police), and 'Israel' (The Zionist State), to be launched after such a long delay? Everybody wonders, in the World of political wonders!
 
Eventually, 'Israel' (The Zionist State, or the racist entity, no difference), won the argument. Accordingly, the
Obama's administration of "much cry, little wool", lost it, thanks to all-time pervasive pressure from the AIPAC, from which the 'Israeli' (Zionist) lobby, constructs, and, of course, reflects the bigot Zionists' views, in 'Israel' (The Zionist, or the racist entity).
 
Hence, the 'indirect talks', are about to be inaugurated, by Ambassador George Mitchell, The US envoy, or the new 'knight in shining armor' to the Middle east, (The Arab version of it). Since, all US 'striving' efforts, have been about a TWO State Solution, what if 'Israel' (The Zionist, or racist entity), said, as usual, the 100+ 'Israeli' (Zionist, or racist) illegal land-grabbed settlements, with its five hundred thousand (500, 000) 'Israeli' (Zionist, or ethnic cleansers) illegal settlers, who lay as (dogs flees), right across the occupied West Bank, and East Jerusalem, were to stay, and to continue 'naturally', growing?
 
A legitimate, and rational question, arises here; where on earth, possibly, the Palestinian part of the TWO Solution State, would or could be established? Will it be solely, virtual? Many, also, wonder, in the World of political wonders.
 
Had 'Israel' (The Zionist, or racist entity of ethnic cleansing) shown something different, to its pattern of position, regarding the Occupied Jerusalem, and West Bank, the settlements, and recently, its policy of ethnic cleansing, one could have felt pleasant, with the 'proximity talks'. But, nothing of the kind, has developed, at least, from what we gather in the media.
 
So, what's occurred, of what we had not be aware, for the Obama's administration, to go give the green light to the 'proximity talks'? As we know that, 'Israel' (The Zionist and racist entity), slammed the Obama's administration several times, since its arrival into the White House. Almost entirely, without a sing exemption, everything, the Obama's administration, demanded or 'begged'  from 'Israel', has not been met. On the contrary, 'Israel' embarrassed the Obama's administration, before the Whole World.
 
'Israel' manifested and reinforced to the whole globe the notion that, the AIPAC, which determines the destination that, the Obama's administration ought to (if not must) take up. This couldn't be clearer.
 
At the end, the Obama's administration, had to surrender to the AIPAC, and had dropped its demands or pleading of 'Israel' to halt building new or extra 'Israeli' illegal land – grabbed settlements, in both occupied Jerusalem, and west Bank, as a precondition and prerequisite to the resumption of talks. The Obama's administration, U turned that to a ' without precondition' resumption of talks.
 
Let's assume that, the Arab Ministerial Committee of the Arab League, aimed (by bowing to the Obama's administration's call (or bullying them) on them, to support the four (4) month 'proximity talks')- at testing yet, once more again, the Obama's administration's credibility, (albeit, all negative precedence legacies). There's a proverb, in the Arab World, which says, "only, water can test the diver, whether she\he will dive or won't".
 
And, what if 'Israel' stalemates the talks, this time too, by rebuffing to withdraw from occupied East Jerusalem, and west Bank, using the same argument that, Jerusalem is the undivided capital of 'Israel'.
