The war in Yemen is fought internally by the forces of the elected President, Hadi, and the allied Houthi-Salih forces. The Hadi forces are supported by the Saudi-led Arab coalition forces, which are also supported by the United States. The Houthi-Salih forces are supported by Iran, which is also supported by Russia.

The fighting between the pro-government and Poplar Resistance forces and the Houthis-Saleh forces renewed on Sunday north of al Mocha district in western Taiz province, southwestern Yemen.
 
A source in the field told Almasdaronline that the pro-government forces had repelled Houthis’ offensive in al Ruwais area, and forced them to retreat to their locations between al Mocha and al Khocha districts.
 
“The pro-government forces, under heavy cover of artillery and missile shelling, launched a counter-attack and seized five farms northeastern al Mocha.”
 
Meanwhile, the Saudi-led Arab Coalition aircrafts launched 12 air raids on the rebels’ sites between al Mocha and al Khocha, which resulted in the killing of 12 Houthis and wounding 18 others, as well as the destruction of three military vehicles. According to the source.

The Saudi-led Arab Coalition aircrafts launched on Saturday several air raids on the Houthis-Saleh militants' sites in Khalid military camp and Mozza district in western Taiz, southwestern Yemen.
 
A military source told Almasdaronline that the aircrafts launched ten air raids on Hothis’ gatherings and sites in Dar and Jabal al Sultan region, killing 11 militants and wounding 19 others, as well as destroying four military vehicles.
 
 
“The aircrafts also launched five air raids on Khalid camp and rebels’ sites eastern the camp on Hodeida highway, which resulted in the death of five militants and injury of seven others, as well as the destruction of a military vehicle and a cannon.”
 
The aircrafts also launched three air raids on rebels’ sites in the center of Mozza district, and two raids on al-Barh area, killing six militants and wounding nine others.

Four civilians kill by landmine explosion and shooting in Taiz – eyewitnesses

Three civilians were killed by a landmine explosion in Jabal Habshi district, and another one shot dead by Popular Resistance gunmen in Al Masbah neighborhood in the center of Taiz city, southwest of Yemen.
 
Local source confirmed to Almasdaronline that Mohammed Salam Ahmed, his son and grandson were killed by a landmine explosion planted by Houthis-Saleh militants near their house in Al Rahba village at Jabal Habashi district.
 
The sources pointed out that the dead civilians and their families were displaced in Taiz city, and were just returning to their countryside when the landmine exploded and killed them.
 
0n the other hand, a street vendor was killed by Popular Resistance gunmen’s fire riding a military vehicle in Al Masbah roundabout.
 
Eyewitnesses told Almasdaronline that the gunmen had indiscriminately opened the fire in the traffic jam to open the way for their vehicle, which resulted in the death of a street vender.

Houthis-Saleh forces' senior commander, dozens of militants killed off Saudi borders - TV channel

Saudi mass media reported that a prominent commander of the Houthis-Saleh forces and dozens other militants were killed early Friday in battles and air raids in the southern borders of the kingdom of Saudia Arabia.
 
 
The Saudi Alekhbariya TV channel reported that the Saudi artillery and Apache Helicopters had repelled an attack waged by the Houthis-Saleh militants on the southern borders of the kingdom in Najran region.
 
Alekhbariya channel said that the leader Abdul Khaleq al-Assad and 36 militants were killed in an artillery bombardment and air raids launched by the Apache Helicopters of the Saudi forces.
 
 Al-Assad was a commander in the Republican Guard Forces of the former president of Yemen, and was leading the attacks on the Saudi borders.

Pro-government forces advance, kill 14 Houthis including a leader western Taiz

Fierce confrontations and exchanged bombardment continued on Friday evening between the pro-government forces and the Houthis-Saleh militants eastern Mozza and northern al Mocha districts, west of Taiz province, southwestern Yemen.
 
Sources in the field told Almasdaronline that the pro-government forces had waged a large-scale offensive on the Houthi militias' sites northern Khalid military camp and al Hamli area, and controlled several mountainous locations.
 
The sources pointed out that eight Houthis-Saleh militants, including the prominent leader Hamza Mohammed Abdullah al-Madani, were killed and 11 others injured by the aerial bombardment of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition aircrafts on their sites between al Mocha and al Khocha districts.
 
 
Earlier on Friday, the aircrafts launched four air raids on the Houthis-Saleh militants' gatherings and military vehicles in Khalid camp and al Hamili area eastern Mozza district, killing 6 militants and wounding 7 others, as well as destroying two artillery guns. According to the source.

Saudi Bombardment Rocks Yemeni Farms in Saada

The fighter jets of the Saudi-led coalition continue their heavily striking of the northern province of Saada despite its large population.

According to local sources, Saudi missiles and shells were launched on Monday aiming at civilian farms in Shda bordering district, local source reported to YemenExtra.

The airstrikes caused considerable damage to the targeted farms in the region, sources confirmed.

The bordering regions of Shda, Razih, Dhahir and Manbah are under constant bombardment by the Saudi army, whereas Saada suffers some of the highest numbers of civilian casualties and material loss.

The Saudi-led coalition is now entering its third year of operation and it has been accused of deliberately demolishing the already-weak Yemeni infrastructure.

Gunmen Kill a Human Rights Activist at an Internet Cafe in Aden

Unknown gunmen assassinated a human rights activist in the southern city of Aden late on Sunday.

The young Amjad Abdul Rahman Mohammed was killed in at Internet cafe in the district of Sheikh Osman in Aden, a currently under Saudi control province.

The bullets shot Amjad in the chest and his head, leaving him as dead in a matter of seconds, local sources told YemenExtra.

Activists on various social networking sites have observed pictures depicting the horrendous killing incident at the coffee shop.

The city of Aden has been witnessing waves of security concerns, including assassinations and explosions, under the rule of the ousted Saudi-backed president, Hadi.

Saudi-Paid Militia Operations in Marib Result in Civilian Deaths

A child was killed and five others injured, including three children and two women, in a Saudi paid militia shell targeting Marib province on Monday.

The civilians fell as victims in the region of Rabeh in Hareeb Qaramish district, local source reported to YemenExtra.

 It is not the first crime of its kind, whereas it is believed that the militia has been accused of targeting residential regions when inflicted with heavy losses.

The Saudi-paid militia fights in favor of the current Saudi war against the impoverished country of Yemen, which has also perpetrated war crimes such as the Kobra Hall massacre.

Speaking of the Kobra Hall massacre, the US-backed Saudi coalition bombarded a funeral procession in the capital Sana’a, resulting in 700 killed and wounded civilians.

Some of the most horrific scenes were released after the incident, containing charred bodies and others missing their limbs.

The coalition’s media wings first denied hitting the hall, illogically blaming it on Ansar Allah even though it is confirmed they entirely control the capital and no fighting is taking place there.
