3,000 Russian Soldiers in Aleppo in Support for Syrian Regime Forces, Massacres and Destruction Continue

The coalition which fights the Islamic State and other Sunni groups in Syria consists of US-led NATO forces, Russian forces, Syrian Alewite government forces, Iranian-backed Shi'i militias, and Kurdish peshmerga forces. The coalition's continuous attacks have resulted in the killing of thousands of Iraqi Sunni Muslim Arabs and the eviction of thousands as a result of the destruction of their cities and villages.

Millions of Sunni Muslim Arabs have already left their cities and villages as the fighting intensifies towards an all-attack by the US-led coalition on Raqqa and Mosul, as well as by the Russian-regime attacks on other cities. The end outcome is going to be evicting (ethnic cleansing of) Sunni Muslim Arabs from Syria, particularly the upper Euphrates region of northwestern Iraq and northeastern Syria.

Aerial bombardment on Khan Toman kills 13

Aleppo province:

SOHR was informed that no less than 13 including 9 rebels and 4 members of the Medical crew of Osom International organization, by an airstrikes on Khan Toman area, the number of the dead is likely to rise. Clashes took place after midnight between regime forces and Islamic factions around Bazo hill and the project of 1070 amid advances for regime forces in the area. Warplanes bombarded Darha Abdrabah and Kafar Hamra amid targeting the area with missiles. A man was killed while others were wounded by shells targeted regime controlled areas of Hamdania, what led to material damages.

3000 Russian soldiers arrived to Aleppo to support regime forces

SOHR was informed by reliable sources that regime forces and Russian forces brought foreign militants to fight against rebels and IS in Syria, More than 3000 Russian militants have been sent to the Syrian lands and gathered in al-Sefera area in the southern eastern countryside.
SOHR was also informed that the 3000 Russian fighters arrived to Syria in the past 4 weeks and they have been sent to al-Sefera which is taken over by regime forces in the northern eastern countryside.

More people killed in air strikes at al-Mayadin city

It rose to 5,  a displaced man and three of his children from the city of Deir Ezzor in addition to another man and a child girl, the number of people who were killed by the airstrikes that were carried out by warplanes on areas in al-Mayadin city east of Deir Ezzor city yesterday, while it rose to 32, including 9 children and 4 citizen women in addition to 4 non-Syrian women (they are wives of “Islamic State” members) were killed during shelling and previous battles.

The ceasefire agreement ends its 6ht day with new casualties, including a massacre in a town within the ceasefire areas

The Russian–American agreement ended its 6th day, the violations keep on escalating after the calmness which prevailed most of the Syrian areas, from Rif Dimashq, Idlib, Homs, Hama, Latakia, Damascus and Al-Raqqah, and the rest of the Syrian areas that are supposed to be included in the cease-fire agreement since seven o’clock of the 12th of September 2016 after an American – Russian cessation of hostilities agreement, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also documented the death of the 10 civilians at the ceasefire areas. 
 
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was able at the 6th day of the truce to document new violations within the ceasefire areas, where the activists of the Syrian Observatory for human rights observed warplanes targeting Aleppo city with five missiles, the missile targeted areas in the neighborhoods of al-Mowasalat, Karm al-Jabal, Karm al-Biek, al-Sakhur and Sheikh Khader in Aleppo city, which killed a citizen woman and injured others in al-Sakhur neighborhood, also the regime forces shelled areas in the village of al-Bwayda and its surroundings in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while two fighters from the Islamic factions were killed during clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the 1070-apartment project southwestern of Aleppo city, while several people were people were injured when several explosive bullets launched by factions landed on regime forces’ controlled areas in Seif al-Dawla neighborhood in Aleppo city, also warplanes targeted with the fire of their heavy machineguns areas in Kafrnaha town in the western countryside of Aleppo, also 9 people -including two children- were killed and tens of people were wounded, as a result of dropping two barrel bombs on places in the main roundabout area in Dael town at the eastern countryside of Daraa, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, also a shell launched by the regime forces and landed on an area in the town of al-Hrak, while the factions targeted this morning the area of Abu Kaser checkpoint and the abandoned battalion in the countryside of Daraa, while several shells launched by the regime forces landed on areas in the town of Dael in the countryside of Daraa, also the regime forces opened heavy machineguns’ fire on the areas of the Tal Antar and Tal al-Allaqiyyat north of KafrShams town in the northwestern countryside of Daraa, while helicopters targeted places at the outskirts of Ayb village in al-Lajat area at the northeastern countryside of Daraa.
 
Also warplanes carried out raids on areas in the town of Al-Ghantu in the northern countryside Homs, in conjunction with shelling by the regime forces on areas in the town which caused injuries, while warplanes carried out 9 raids on areas in the cities of al-Rastan and Talbiseh, the town of Al-Ghantu and the villages of al-Farhaniyah and al-Zafarana in the northern countryside of Homs, while the regime forces shelled areas in al-Sha’abaniyyeh village in the northern countryside of Homs, also 4 rocket shells fell on areas in the neighborhoods of Zahra and Jobb al-Jandaly the city of Homs, also a member from the regime forces died affected by injuries he had during clashes against the rebel and Islamic Factions in the vicinity of Snisl village in the northern countryside of Homs, also five shells at least fell on areas in Tasnin village in the northern countryside of Homs which is controlled by the regime forces, resulting in material damage, while several shells landed on areas in the villages of al-Najmeh, Ashrafyyeh and al-Mokhtaria in the northern countryside of Homs, while the regime forces launched this morning more than 12 shells on areas in the city of Talbiseh north of Homs province, also warplanes carried out 2 raids on areas in the village of al-Ameriyah and its surroundings in the northern countryside of Homs, while clashes took place after midnight yesterday between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions in Snisl front area in the northern countryside of Homs, also the regime forces targeted with 7 shells places in the town of Kafr Laha in the northern countryside of Homs, and other places in al-Houla area at the northern countryside of Homs, while the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on areas in the village of Al-Ghantu in the northern countryside of Homs injuring 6 people, also clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions in the vicinity of Jwalak village in the northern countryside of Homs, while warplanes targeted using heavy machineguns’ fire areas at the road of Maarrat al-Nu’man – Khan Shaykhun in the southern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in the road of Saraqeb – Khan al-Sobol in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in the city of Khan Shaykhun south of Idlib province which injured a person, while the regime forces targeted using shells areas around the town of Bdama in the western countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also targeted using shells areas in the town of MasHara in the northern sector countryside of Al-Quneitra.
 
 
The regime forces also launched 11 shell at least on areas in the vicinity of Hosh Nasri town, in conjunction with continued clashes between Jaysh al-Islam against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, amid the flight of regime’s drones over the area, while helicopters dropped at least 4 barrel bombs on areas in the farms of Khan al-Shih camp in the Western Ghouta, also the regime forces targeted areas in the farms around Khan al-Shih camp in the Western Ghouta, while the factions targeted using machineguns’ fire areas in the airport road near Beit Sahem town in the south of Rif Dimashq, killing a member of the regime forces, also clashes took place between the regime forces, Hezbollah and the gunmen loyal to them against and Rahman Corps and Fath al-Sham Front in several places at Jobar area on the outskirts of the capital, which caused injuries in the ranks of Rahman Corps, and also wounded 2 from Fath al-Sham Front, it also damaged a tank belongs to the regime forces and caused casualties in its ranks, accompanied by a fall of 13 shells launched by the by regime forces on areas in the neighborhood, also explosive bullets fell on areas of George Khoury Square and al-Abbasiyyin are in the capital, while a mortar shell fell on area near the soap factory in the industrial area at al-Qaboun neighborhood.
 
Also helicopters dropped barrel bombs on areas in Kawkab village at the northeastern countryside of Hama, while the Islamic factions targeted using guided missile a military bulldozer belongs to the regime forces in Shaylout checkpoint area in the northern countryside of Hama which damaged it, but no information about the casualties, also a fighter was killed and another was wounded from Jaysh al-Nasr when the regime forces targeted their position point in the vicinity of al-Janabera village in the northern countryside of Hama, while the regime forces targeted areas in al- Janabera village in the northern countryside of Hama, also warplanes targeted areas al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, also the regime forces shelled areas in the far northeastern countryside of Latakia; on the administrative border with Idlib province, accompanied by opening the fire of heavy machineguns on the same areas, also the regime forces targeted using shells and heavy machineguns’ fire several areas in Jabal al-Akrad at the northern countryside of Latakia.
 
Also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented on the 6th day of the truce the death of 10 citizens, they are 9 citizens including two children killed when the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on areas in the town of Dael in the countryside of Daraa, and a citizen woman killed in when the warplanes launched a missile on area in al-Sakhur neighborhood at Aleppo city.
 
Also the Observatory documented three factions fighters killed in the truce areas, they are: a fighter of Jaysh al-Nasr was killed in the their position was targeted by the regime forces in the vicinity al-Janabera village in the countryside of Hama, and 2 fighters from Islamic factions were killed during clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the 1070- project southwest of Aleppo city.
 
Also 2 regime forces’ members were killed, one of them was killed in clashes at the northern countryside of Homs and the other one died affected by injury he had at the south of Rif Dimashq.
 
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also documented in the “Islamic State” controlled areas the death of 4 citizens, 2 of them were killed in raids at areas in al-Bab city northeast of Aleppo city, a child died affected by an injury she had 2 days ago when warplanes bombarded areas in Maskanah town at the eastern countryside of Aleppo, and a man was killed in bombing by warplanes on al-Tabaqa city west of Al-Raqqah province.
 
Also 2 fighters from the factions were killed; one of them is the commander of the central force in the Division 13 and he was killed during the shelling and clashes against the “Islamic state” in the countryside of al-Rai town in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo.
 
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also documented 41 members of the “Islamic State” organization, and they are; 38 member at least from the “Islamic State” organization were killed by the Russian intensive raids on al-Thardeh Mountain which is overlooking Deir Ezzor airbase and due to clashes against the regime forces at the Mountain, and 3 Syrian “Islamic state” members –one of them is under 16 years old– were killed during clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in Deir Ezzor.
 
International coalition warplanes also killed 90 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in two rounds of airstrikes against the Artillery Battalion and other sites of the regime forces in Thardeh Mountain which is overlooking Deir Ezzor airbase.
 
While Israeli airstrikes killed a member from the regime forces when they targeted areas in the countryside of Al-Quneitra, while the “Islamic state” organization “crucified” the bodies of 2 members from the regime forces who were killed in the clashes, where they were “crucified” in the city of Deir Ezzor.
