Syrian regime warplanes carried out three raids on a medical point area and other areas in al-ShHil town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which killed 7 people at least, and injured at least 11 other people and caused material damage, the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, also warplanes bombed Marat desert, no information about injuries.

The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed by reliable sources that a citizen woman from the town of al-Bo-Amr in the countryside of Deir Ezzor was killed.

A young man, 2 citizen women and a child from the same town were injured when the Turkish border guards opened fire on them while they were trying to cross the Syrian – Turkish border near Tal Abyad area in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, the sources confirmed that the Turkish border guards didn’t stop shooting which made it impossible to recover the body of the dead citizen woman.

Hama province: Clashes are taking place between regime forces and Islamic battalion backed by Jabhat al-Nusra around al-Zara village which is inhabited by Alawite in the battle of ” The revenge of Aleppo”, Islamic battalions advanced and took control on al-Bramil, al-Aliat, and al-Qanater checkpoints, confirmed reports of taking over wide parts of the village.

Clashes taking place since midnight between regime forces and Islamic battalions backed by Jabhat al-Nusra around Khan Toman town and al-Rashdin front amid aerial bombardment on the area and on Kafarnaha and Khan al-Assal, Regime force bombarded heavily areas of al-Banjara hill.

The village of al-Azizia, al-Zayara, and Tal Memo. U.S led coalition warplanes bombarded Jariz and Talalin which are controlled by IS, Warplanes bombarded Dara Azza, Jam’ia al-Zahraa, al-Maysar and Shekh Suleiman. Shells fired by rebels targeted areas of Aleppo city. A man was killed by aerial bombardment on al-Qaterji neighborhood. 

Arrests in Baniyas city and continued clashes in Homs countryside

Tartous province: SOHR was informed that regime forces detained a man on a checkpoint in Baniyas city and led him to unknown destination, the city of Baniyas is witnessing raids and arrests by regime forces since several days amid the 3rd anniversary of Baniyas massacre in May/2013.

Homs province: Clashes took place between regime forces and IS around Om al-Tababir village, reports of losses in both sides. Clahes continued after midnight between the two sides around Shaer field, reports of advances for the regime forces in the area.

Turkish border guards continue to target citizens on the border and kill about 30 of them since the beginning of this year

Today is Monday 9th of May 2016, a young man from the countryside of Al-Raqqah was killed by the shot of Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross into Turkey.

The Turkish border authorities continue to target Syrian civilians fleeing the military operations and the ongoing killing who seek for a safe haven, to fall victim of the gunshot while they try to cross the Syrian – Turkish border toward the Turkish side.

This increased to 29 the number of people who managed the Syrian Observatory for human rights to document their death since the beginning 2016until the 9th of May 2016, including 3 children and a boy and 4 citizen women, in addition to injuring others or being beaten by the Turkish border guards after arresting them on the border of the provinces of Al-Hasakah, Al-Raqqah, Aleppo and Idlib at the borders of Turkey, and here are the details:

12th January 2016, the first killing of a citizen who was shot dead by members of the Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross towards the Turkish territories from Al-Hasaka province

On the 16th of January 2016 a former member of the “Syrian National Coalition” from Deir Ezzor province died affected by injuries he had by a gunshot, the activists accused the Turkish border guards of shooting him while he tried to enter to the Syrian territory.

On the 17th of January 2016 a man from the Nos Tal village in the countryside of Hasaka was killed by a gunshot wound on the Syrian – Turkish border, at Ras al-Ayn (Sri Kaneh) area, shot by the Turkish border guards.

In the 21st of January 2016, a young man from Mhimideh village in the countryside of Deir Ezzor was Killed by gunshot of the Turkish border guards, at the Syrian – Turkish border.

On the 25th of January 2016, a citizen woman was killed in the town of Derbassiyeh at the border with Turkey, she was killed by a gunshot by the Turkish border guards, while she was trying to cross into the town from the Turkish territory.

On the 27th of January 2016 a citizen of the town of Tal Abyad in the countryside of Al-Raqqah was killed by a gunshot of the Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross the border and cross towards the Turkish side.

On the 29th of January 2016, a teenager from the town of Al-Lataminah on the Syrian – Turkish border was shot by the Turkish border guards while he was trying to reach the Syrian territory.

In the 5th of February 2016 a citizen from the countryside of Tal Abyad was shot by Turkish border guards near an area in Abu Zallah village.

In the 7th of February 2016 a young man from the city of Tal Abyad in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah was shot dead by Turkish border guards when he was trying to enter the territory.

On the 15th of February 2016 a young man from Aleppo province was killed by a gunshot of the Turkish border guards at the Syrian – Turkish border.

On the 28th of February 2016 a citizen woman from the town of al-Bokamal in southeast of Deir Ezzor province was shot dead by the Turkish border guards in an area at the Syrian – Turkish border.

In the 8th of March 2016 a kid from Beqres town in the countryside of Deir Ezzor was killed by a gunshot of the Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross the border towards the Turkish territories.

In the 11th of March 2016 a man from Ikda refugee camp in the northern countryside of Aleppo near the Syrian-Turkish border was killed by a gunshot of the Turkish border guards.

In 12th of March 2016 an elderly man from al-Bokamal town in the southern countryside of Deir Ezzor was killed by a gunshot of the Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross into Turkey.

On the 13th of March 2016 a child from Daraa camp was killed by gunshot on the Syrian – Turkish border by the Turkish border guards.

In the 24th of March 2016 a lady from Abu Khashab Village was killed by a gunshot wound at the Syrian – Turkish border in the northern countryside of Aleppo by the Turkish border guards.

In the 6th of April 2016 two citizens: a man from the town of Jalma in the countryside of Hama, and another young man from Al-Hasakah were killed by gunshot on the Syrian – Turkish border while they were trying to cross into Turkish territory.

In the 7th of April 2016 a young man from the city of Ras al-Ayn (Sri Kaneh) was shot by Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross into Turkey at the outskirts of the city.

On the 15th of April 2016 a man from al-Deryeh village in the countryside of Idlib was shot by the Turkish border guards when he tried to cross the border towards the Turkish side.

In the 16th of April 2016 a 15-year-old boy from the countryside of Idlib, was killed by a gunshot near the Syrian-Turkish border, while attempting to cross towards Turkish territory.

On the 19th of April 2016 a citizen from Afrin area in the northwestern countryside of Aleppo, was killed by gunshot of the Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross into Turkey, near the village of Kuran in the countryside of Afrin city.

In the 20th of April 2016 a man from the town of KafrSajneh in the countryside of Idlib was killed by a gunshot of the Turkish border guards during his attempt to cross the border

In 22nd of April 2016 a man from al-Khyara village in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man in Idlib was killed by a gunshot of the Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross the Syrian – Turkish border.

In the 23rd of April 2016 a man from Ghwyran neighborhood in Al-Hasakah province was killed by a gunshot while he was trying to cross into Turkey from the Syrian-Turkish border in the northern countryside of Idlib.

On the 27th of April 2016 a citizen from Idlib was shot by the Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross to the Turkish territory.

On the 28th of April 2016 a citizen woman was killed by a gunshot of the Turkish border guards near Deir Sawan area in the countryside of Afrin, while he was trying to cross into the Turkish side

In the 8th of May 2016 a citizen was killed by a gunshot of the Turkish border guards while he was trying to cross into Turkey from the village of Marqabah near the city of Tal Abyad in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented killing of 11 people, but their identities remain unknown until this moment, during the same period, killed by the gunshot of the Turkish border guards.
