54 Yemeni Soldiers Killed, Dozens Wounded in Suicide Bombing in Aden

The war in Yemen is fought internally by the forces of the elected President, Hadi, and the allied Houthi-Salih forces. The Hadi forces are supported by the Saudi-led Arab coalition forces, which are also supported by the United States. The Houthi-Salih forces are supported by Iran, which is also supported by Russia.

Thus the war in Yemen has its internal, regional, and global rivals, who are interested in keeping it going on for their own benefits (of course, no body cares about the dispensable, cannon-fodder Yemenis).

President Hadi says Yemen awaits UN reply to Ould Cheikh roadmap amendment

The Yemeni President Abed Rabbou Mansour Hadi said on Saturday that the Yemeni government is waiting for a reply from the UNSC, through its envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheick Ahmed, on the notes put forward by the Yemeni legitimate government on the UN-drafted roadmap. 
 
According to the Yemen news agency "Saba", Hadi said: "we have handed over a letter to Ould Cheick on the contradiction and conflict between the UN-drafted roadmap and  the three references, and also enclosed a roadmap which is based on those references that are regulatory for any solution ideas.
 
In a meeting with the JMPs in Aden city, Hadi added that the notes of the government were also handed over to all ambassadors of the 18 sponsoring countries.
 
Hadi also called for closing the ranks and joining hands to fight for the restoration of the state from the hateful regional and racist forces. 
 
Hadi also praised the role of the government forces and popular resistance, Taiz resistance in particular, in defending the country and standing against the coup militias.

Medical sources in Aden city, Yemen's interim capital, stated on Sunday that the death toll of the suicide bombing that targeted a gathering of soldiers has increased to 54 deaths and dozens of injuries.
 
A suicide bomber wearing an explosive belt blew himself up Sunday morning among soldiers gathering outside the house of the chief of the Special Security Forces in the surroundings of al Solban military complex.
 
Hours after the bombing, ISIS claimed responsibility of the bombing, and published a photo for the suicidal "Abu Hashim al Rdfani" on Facebook and Twitter.

ISIS claims responsibility for Aden suicide bombing

The ISIS has claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing that killed 54 soldiers and wounded dozens on Sunday in Aden city, the interim capital of the country.
 
Facebook and Twitter accounts related to the ISIS published a photo for what they called "the suicidal Abu Hashim al Radfani" who blew himself up among soldiers gathering.
 
The extremist organization, which is active in the south of the country, has claimed responsibility for similar blasts, latest of which was the suicide bombing last Saturday that killed 48 soldiers and injured dozens others.

Coalition, government forces strike Houthis sites in Nehm, eastern Sana'a

The fighters of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition launched on Saturday several raids on the Houthi and Saleh forces in Nihm district, eastern the capital Sana'a.
 
The government forces media center posted on Facebook, quoting a military source, that the air strikes targeted two Houthi military vehicles in Arhab area, and that unidentified number of casualties fell in the strike.
 
On the other side, the government forces launched an artillery shelling on the Houthi and allied forces sites in Qatbein road and destroyed military equipment and a heavy cannon.

Government forces advance in Saada after battles against the Houthis

The government forces announced on Sunday seizing control of sites overlooking the center of 101 Infantry Brigade in al Buqe' area of Saada governorate, the stronghold of the Houthi group, far north of Yemen.
 
The government forces media center posted on Facebook that heavy fighting against the Houthi rebels and allied forces flared up in a number of sites.
 
The centre quoted the commander of Saada military region, Brigadier Obaid al Athala, as saying that: "the army units have managed to free al Central mount and al Shuhada hill; sites overlooking the 101 Infantry Brigade".
 
Dozens of the Houthi rebels and allied forces were killed and wounded, according to Hadi Tarshan, the Governor of Saada.
 
The government forces have been engaged in violent fighting since Saturday and have made great victories in Saada, by seizing control of the strategic Mandabah area which overlooks the centre of Baqem district, northern the governorate.

4 citizens martyred in Saudi aggression airstrikes on Saada

Four citizens were martyred following a series of US-Saudi aggression air raids overnight on Shada district of Saada province, a security official said on Monday.

The official said the fighter jets launched six air strikes on areas of Shada directorate, killing the four civilians and damaging their homes.

He said that the jets also launched other six raids

Army launches missiles on Riyadh's mercenaries in Jawf

The army and popular committees' missile force bombarded gatherings of Saudi aggression mercenaries in Khab and Sha'af district of Jawf province on Monday, a military official said.

The missile force also fired Zelzal 1 ballistic rocket against mercenaries' gatherings in Hrab in the same district, killing and injuring dozens.

Saudi warplanes resume striking capital Sanaa

Two civilians were martyred in a Saudi aggression air raids that resumed air striking the capital Sanaa early on Monday, an officials said.

The planes struck al-Hafa area east of the capital six times.

Saudi aggression warplanes launched an air strike on Al-Haymah Al-Kharijiah district in the province of Sanaa overnight, a local official said on Saturday.

The strike targeted the area situated between Bait Mojali and Al-Hajar villages, causing large damage to resident's houses and farms.
