Dawabsheh’s family needs one year in ICU

August 4, 2015, OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)--

The Director of Tel Hashomer Hospital where the Family of infant martyr Ali Dawabsheh receives treatment said the family needs one year in ICU after the elapse of the state of danger. The mother, though, is in danger of dying in the current stage, he added. 

The Palestinian Minister of Health Jawad Awwad announced on Sunday that both parents of martyr Dawabsheh are in very critical condition. An improvement has been noticed on the child's little brother who suffers burns in his legs.

Dozens of Palestinians injured during clashes

 August 4, 2015, OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)--

Dozens of Palestinian youths were injured, some of them with live bullets, during clashes erupted overnight in Abu Dis town east of occupied Jerusalem.

Palestinian Red Crescent Society affirmed that several injured were transferred to hospital as they suffered rubber and live bullets injuries.

Dozens of youths also suffered tear-gas inhalation as IOF heavily fired tear gas bombs during the clashes. 

The clashes broke out after Palestinian youths managed to open a hole in the separation wall on Abu Dis town before Israeli forces arrived at the scene and started firing tear gas, stun grenades, and rubber coated steel bullets to disperse the Palestinians.

17 Palestinians arrested during an Israeli raid campaign

August 4, 2015, NABLUS, (PIC)--

The Israeli Occupation Forces launched at dawn Tuesday a large-scale raid campaign throughout West bank. 17 arrests were reported during the campaign.

Local residents told Quds Press that a large number of Israeli forces stormed Aida refugee camp in Bethlehem and broke into several homes. Six Palestinians were arrested from their homes.

In al-Khalil, two youths of the same family were subjected to a brutal attack at the hands of Israeli forces, while another young man was arrested in Fawar camp to the south of the city.

Five other students at al-Najeh University were arrested north of Nablus.

IOF demolishes three Palestinian homes

August 4, 2015, RAMALLAH, (PIC)--

Israeli Bulldozers demolished at dawn Tuesday three Palestinian homes in Dahmash village near Ramleh city under the pretext of being built without permit.

Local youths pointed out that the three demolished homes belonging to Assaf family were earlier subjected to demolition process last April before being re-built by the local popular committee.

The village of Dahmash has been around since 1948, and its residents even have proof of ownership in the Israel Land Registry.

 However, Israel does not recognize their claim to the land, and does not provide the village with the necessary infrastructure or even the most basic services, such as sewage, roads, electricity, garbage collection or a post office.

The Israeli authorities have been threatening the unrecognized village with demolition for years.

Two Israelis injured during a firebomb attack

 August 4, 2015, OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)--

Two Israeli settlers were injured Monday evening after their car was subjected to a Molotov Cocktail attack while passing near Beit Hanina town north of occupied Jerusalem, Israeli sources claimed.

Israeli media sources claimed that Jerusalemite youths threw a Molotov cocktail at an Israeli car, injuring a woman and a man.

The woman suffers from first and second degree burns on 15 percent of her body, Israeli media reported, while the man was slightly injured.

Meanwhile, clashes broke out overnight in Issawiya town in occupied Jerusalem as IOF randomly fired tear gas and sound bombs at Palestinian youths. Neither injuries nor arrests were reported during the clashes.

 

 

 

Settlers storm Aqsa Mosque under Israeli police protection

August 4, 2015, OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)--

 Extremist Jewish groups broke into the Aqsa Mosque, roamed its plazas, and provoked Muslim worshipers on Monday morning.

Eyewitnesses revealed that 18 settlers stormed the holy site from al-Magharebah gate under protection of Israeli police and Special Forces who accompanied them in their rounds.   

A number of Palestinian females and children, who were present at the Mosque, confronted the settlers’ incursion by shouts of Allahu Akbar until they got out of the Mosque from al-Silsilah gate, the eyewitnesses said. 

930 Jewish settlers desecrated the Muslims’ holy Aqsa Mosque in last July, according to statistical data of Jerusalemite institutions. 

Israel funds new settlement outpost in Ramallah

 August 4, 2015, NAZARETH, (PIC)--

Jewish settlers have recently taken over an area of Palestinian lands near Ramallah and established a settlement outpost on it. The Israeli army funded the new settlement’s water and electricity services.

Haaretz Hebrew newspaper revealed on Monday that a group of settlers have lately managed to take over an abandoned military camp of the Israeli army close to Shilo settlement in northern Ramallah city. A settlement called Malachi Shalom has recently been established on the location. 

The newspaper slammed the Israeli army for funding the new settlement’s electricity and water services while it called taking over the abandoned part of the camp by settlers as an illegal invasion of a military zone. 

According to Haaretz, the Israeli army attempted to evacuate the settlers one month ago from the new settlement, but they returned back to it and ran electricity and water services by Israeli army funding. 

It pointed out that the outposts in “Shilo valley” location were established in the nineties within a comprehensive settlement plan aiming at guaranteeing the establishment of settlements in the area located between Ariel and southern Nablus city until the Jordan valley.
