 Israeli Occupation Forces Shell Beit Lahiya, Detain Civilians in the West Bank

The Israeli occupation naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen near the Beit Lahiya coast, while Israeli occupation forces tanks fired several shells at area in the north of the city, local sources reported Thursday.

The sources added that Israeli Navy boats fired at fishing boats in Al-Sudaniyya and Al-Waha areas, west of Beit Lahia causing damage to fishing boats; no injuries were reported.

Furthermore, Israeli tanks fired several shells at farmlands in the northern part of the Gaza Strip; damage was reported, no injuries.

The shelling came shortly after the army dropped leaflets warning of a nearing attack on Gaza. The leaflets did not specify the nature of the upcoming attack.

Israeli Army Shells Homes, Farmlands In Southern Gaza

Israeli tanks shelled on Wednesday midday residents homes and farmlands in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah.
Local sources reported damage to homes but no injuries. The situation remains tense in the Gaza Strip.

On Tuesday, troops killed one child and injured sixteen civilians in different part of the Gaza Strip. Israeli occupation soldiers opened fire at residents who protested near border areas while marking Land Day.

Qassam Brigades Publishes Video OF Friday Clashes

The Al Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Hamas movement, published a video documenting Friday clashes with Israeli soldiers and undercover forces infiltrating into Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. The clashes led to the death of two Israeli soldiers.

The video clearly shows undercover forces of the Israeli army infiltrating into Gaza after crossing the border fence, and trying to advance towards the west.

It also shows soldiers being shot by Palestinian fire and shows enforcements and tanks invading the area in an attempt to evacuate the wounded soldiers.

Ambulances were also filmed while evacuating the killed and wounded soldiers and taking them to a helicopter that airlifted them to an Israeli hospital.

The brigades stated that the video of a law quality due to the distance and the special circumstances of the area and the clashes.

It is worth mentioning that the Al Quds Brigades of the Islamic Jihad stated its fighters were behind the killing of the two soldiers.

Troops Detain Three Civilians During Invasions Targeting West Bank Communities

Three Palestinian civilians were detained on Wednesday by Israeli troops during invasions targeting a number of West Bank communities.

Local sources reported invasions in Hebron and Qalqilia, in the southern and northern parts of the West Bank. Troops searched homes then took the three men away, local sources added.

The Israeli army radio announced that those detained on Wednesday were on the military's wanted list. The military said the three men were taken to detention facilities for interrogation.
